Commitment to Integrity
All requests for cancellations, transfers, or refunds must be submitted in writing through the official communication channels of Hello Confexa.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the nature of the service and the timing of the request. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Event Registrations
- Partial refunds available within specified periods
- No refunds provided after published deadlines
- Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund
- Transfers permitted at sole discretion of Hello Confexa
Award Nominations
- Application and processing fees are non-refundable
- No adjustments once evaluation has commenced
- Exceptions determined solely under exceptional cases
Sponsorship Terms
Sponsorships involve significant operational allocations and are generally non-refundable. Reviewed case-by-case based on fulfilled branding commitments.
Exhibition Bookings
Requests received before booth allocation may be considered for partial refunds, subject to administrative and operational expense deductions.
No Refund Situations
- Change of personal plans or schedule
- Failure to obtain travel documents
- Incomplete participation in events
- Violation of event rules or policies
- Submission of inaccurate information
- Disqualification due to non-compliance
Force Majeure
Hello Confexa is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or civil disturbances.
In such situations, we may provide credits or alternative arrangements as deemed appropriate.
Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Applicable taxes, gateway charges, and administrative costs will be deducted where permitted.
